So over the past few weeks we have created some stunning weekly “Specials” at Dough Bellissimo. We have a Poll on our Facebook Page where you can vote for your favourites. The Top Two will go on the new menu due to be launched soon. from “Speciale” to regular pizza, your vote counts.

The Bandido

Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar Chicken Breast, Roasted Peppers, Red Onion, a sprinkle of El Sprake’s secret Mexican Spice then baked and topped with an Olive Oil and Lime Juice splash.

The Oink

Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Pork and Wild Boar Sausage seasoned with Paprika and Red Pepper, Red Onion and Sweetcorn

The Marley

Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Pulled Pork, Mr Sprake’s secret Jerk Spice, Roasted Red peppers, Sweetcorn and a post bake drizzle of Levi Roots Reggae Reggae sauce

Pollo Pesto

Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Chicken Breast, Red “Teardrop” Sweet Red Peppers, Sweetcorn. Baked and then topped with Sun Dried Tom Red Pesto or Green Basil Pesto and a drizzle of Fillipo Berrio Garlic Oil

Formaggio Di Capra

Caramalised Sweet Onion base, Goat’s Cheese, Green Pesto and a sprinkle of Rosemary
